The social division led has 6 social law consultants in Orléans and at three other sites. The work of this division also includes the production of 3,500 payslips each month and the management of 450 client accounts. 13 people cover salaries, the administrative management of personnel (employment contracts, staff representation cases etc.), carries out social audits and provides assistance in the event of Urssaf checks. The social division also regularly assists all Orcom clients under its daily social management.
