In tune with the client’s project, Orcom is committed to providing the means to succeed. To achieve this, Orcom provides each client with the skills of its professionals, focusing on its values of quality relationships and personal contact of its representatives with the sole aim of satisfying clients in the best possible way.
The fundamental rules governing Orcom are based on five pillars making up the group’s charter:
1) Technical flexibility: as a prerequisite, working methods are respected and results, standards and tools are shared with the client.
2) Relationship quality: clients are given attention through, contact, dialogue, progress reporting and availability of Orcom representatives throughout the contract.
3) Multi-skills: client contact is the firm’s engine. As the vehicle of the group’s collection of competences, these are presented to the client to assist them in the service requested. It is the vector of information and knowledge.
4) Dynamism and involvement: all Orcom associates pay regular site visits to clients, discuss matter with the directors, assist clients in times of difficulty and can anticipate and respond to their needs.
5) Solidarity: because Orcom is a team, all the group associates know how to use their colleagues’ skills and share the same values in terms of conduct, courtesy, appearance and punctuality. Each client is therefore not the client of one associate or another, but the client of the company.
