The Orcom group works as a network, with each of its 10 sites connected. This structure requires reliable and high-performance technology, managed by the IT division and useable by everyone. Orcom has over 290 micro computers, most of which are portable, some 25 application servers, scanner-photocopiers essential for electronic document management, video projectors, and black & white and colour printers.
Orcom has around thirty software programmes adapted to each service offered to clients in the areas of accounting, law or company matters. Examples of this are Winner, Audisoft, Master Paye, Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access), Fidu Expert, Taxe Pro, Navis Fiscal, Gescap, ACL, Polyacte and Plein Regard.
Orcom also uses Internet, Outlook, Scan Bank, Novaxel and Metafram, which is a networking programme for group sites to access all applications (accounting, management, consulting products, diaries etc.). It enables a connection from anywhere with a telephone line and facilitates the management of transfers.
