Director of Orcom, Serge Aubailly knows that good ideas are not enough: they have to be put into practice. It is therefore with an acute sense of the organisation that he carries out his tasks in OPCAs, apprentice training centres, large-scale distribution, pharmaceuticals and training. As a member of the Orcom Group committee, he also participates in working groups in IT, an area in which he has extensive expertise and in communication. His outgoing nature and command of English opened international doors for him across the KS International group, of which he has been a representative since its origin. He is also a member of the regional council of public accountants. Serge Aubailly is a determined man who enjoys managing projects. This aspect of his character has led him to invest in highly diverse areas, such as the vinegar industry and high-sea fishing, and has made him a renowned leader of the French federation of fencing.
