Operating Report
Full view of the company

Operating reports are management tools enabling a view of the development of company key figures. They measure in real time the differences regarding fixed targets and accompanying risks. It is a method for decision makers to compare target and actual figures and to spot fluctuations quickly.
Orcom can create operating reports, operate them directly or put together the company accounts itself, then analyse the results to establish a future plan of action.
The design process consists of researching the most relevant indicators of the company’s management and developing the matrix. Operation is then adapted to the company. Depending on the level of complexity, the production of the operating report is accompanies by one or more training meetings. With general indicators of the various business areas, Orcom then analyses the results with the interim figures and the balance sheet.
