Director status
A director’s status must be adapted as a company develops

Development in fiscal and social regulations, particularly the “Madelin” act, has changed the status of company directors. They must now determine their legal, fiscal and social status in terms of their personal situation. Fiscal reductions reserved for sole employees have been extended to non-salaried managers and the social protection of independent workers has been improved. To find the most appropriate protection and optimise costs, Orcom determines whether or not a company director has to opt for the status of employee of non-salaried worker. This is done using three main criteria: available revenue, health guarantees, foresight and retirement, and the legal incidences of the different statuses.
Our team calculates the costs, establishes a comparison of social and fiscal costs, and completed a personalised file presenting all the legal (legal form), social (employee or non-salaried) and fiscal (income tax or corporation tax) solutions.
