Optimisation of directors’ remuneration
Division of earnings according to choice and opportunity

Developments in social and fiscal legislation can lead company directors to have to examine their remuneration strategy from time to time. This must be defined according to the results, family situation and the level of social service expected. It involves optimising the division of the director’s earnings, between salary, ownership and dividends, taking account of the level of social costs and fiscal charges.
Orcom helps the client to define the strategy to increase available revenue, while maintaining a minimum destined for social services. Directors will be able to choose the division between social and fiscal drawings if they decided to pay themselves a salary and/or dividends. Having gathered the information from the company director, a public accounting can show scenarios for the various ways of division, estimate the costs of productive and unproductive social fees and complete a personalised file showing the envisaged solutions.
