Orcom examines HR divisions in order to verify the regularity of procedures, update the prevailing risks and offer new HR management schemes. This audit covers all aspects of a company’s social function.
In the first instance, this involves studying the different areas of HR management: verifying the existence of registers and notes, the conformity of procedures and contracts, the regularity of payments and method monitoring.
Our specialists then establish a risk diagnosis covering the strengths and weaknesses of procedures and detailing prevailing risks. Finally, we specify the main observations in a report and establish modifications designed to regulate anomalies. We also offer solutions to improve procedures and install new HR management systems.
