Training and methodology adapted to the company


Professional training is one of the keys to company development. In addition to general training, training adapted to the company’s business and structure is a powerful lever of promotion and communication. Our role is to work with the director to design a policy or plan for training, either completely new or more traditional, adapted to the company’s specialism.
Initially, this involves defining the desired objectives, the skills of the people to be training and the messages to be communicated. The next stage is the conception stage: educational progression, development of interest for the participant and prospective conclusion. We use concrete examples throughout all company procedures and documents and offer several forms of educational support: the choice of one or more organisers, logistical methods, number of days and scheduling.
We take care of the full organisation process: preparing the venue, participant list, logistics and written study aids for the trainee to keep.
Our firm has around ten employees with proven experience in organisation, providing over 10,000 training hours every year.
