Plein Regard is a management tool for continuous monitoring of company’s results. An operating report is produced and reviewed each month with key figures. It also enables continuous updates of the provisional results and the calculation of the profitability threshold, and rapid reactions to difficult occurrences.
It also covers the continuous training of the company director or the profitability management officer. This aspect allows to it be officially classified as CPD.
This tool is especially suited to companies in phases of strong progression, creation or acquisition, or those in difficulty. To implement it, the consultant works with the company director to establish provisional results over 12 months, estimating each item accurately. The key figures are then selected: limited to ten, they must relate to the most significant items to give a quick, meaningful overview of the company.
